Punithan Prakasam is the COO and heads all of the BPO service delivery globally. He has been instrumental in setting up multi-shift operations in India and Central America.

He is responsible for resource planning, operational metrics, process/performance improvement and quality of deliverables adhering with SLAs. He works with the sales teams for new client acquisitions and onboarding.

Punithan has over 20 years of experience managing service delivery processes for clients in healthcare, County government, oil & gas and other industries.

Punithan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Chennai (India).
