Exterprise provides upwards of 99.995% data accuracy, by having two different operators capture data from the same image. A compare operator then compares the two data files generated, thus assuring the highest accuracy level! This is to ensure that the minimum quality of 99.95% accuracy is met – according to the mandate of County Records Services.
Exterprise provides End to end data entry services that includes – scanning, verifying and updating physical records, apart from manually entering data via our double-key methodology to ensure quality of data. By means of this, we actually end up getting data that is validated at two levels, namely – at the data entry level and the data checking level – thus ensuring upwards to 99.995% accuracy of entered data.
